Careful history taking including discussion of previous treatments tried, skin examination and your concerns are important components that I endeavour to address when assessing inflammatory skin complaints. After discussion of any investigations required (often no tests are needed) potential treatment options will be discussed with you in detail, based on evidence based practice.

Tests

Often no tests are required. Blood tests, skin swabs and mycology vary according to what is required and the location. Pricing and indication (if recommended) would be discussed at the time of consultation.
